Album – Do Not Resuscitate

Artist – Most Precious Blood

Purchased From – Morse Recordings

Five years have passed since the last time NYC’s Most Precious Blood released an album. For fans of the band such as myself that’s a long time to go without new tunes from one of your favorite bands. Luckily, the time off didn’t do any damage to the band because ‘DNR’ is arguably the best album the band has released yet (full a full review check out Juan’s look at the album over at The 1st Five.)

When news got out that not only was this album getting released but that Morse Recordings was giving it a vinyl release people (myself included) started getting excited and on Christmas Eve of all days pre-orders went live. Released in three colors, Morse and MPB went all out with the release and while it’s just a simple jacket, sleeve, record package (no fancy gatefolds or any of that) it’s still really well done and an absolute must own for MPB and NYHC fans. In fact, we may be helping one lucky reader do just that very soon. But, that’s another story for another day. Stay tuned.

This is the black and white marble pressing, limited to 150.
